The first outing of No. 44004 GREAT GABLE after its repaint into B R Green with full yellow ends, was a working of 16 ton fitted mineral wagons which had come off the Leicester Line . No. 44004 is pictured at Nuneaton Station on the 2nd September 1980, while running round its train, before heading down the Coventry line.
