It is not everyday that you see an H.S.T at Ashton Junction level crossing (Bristol). FGW powercar No. 43195 brings up the rear of 'The Brunelian' 1Z44 Swindon-Portbury dock as it passes over the aforementioned level crossing. The leading powercar was 43 022. The previous working of 'The Brunelian' departed London Paddington at 09:15 as 1Z43 to Swindon. The Portbury branch handles coal and automotive traffic and over recent years, other charter trains have traversed the line, but it is many years since an H.S.T has operated over the route on 25th September 2010.
