On the 17th April 2010 the Teign Valley Line saw its first Buffet Car for many years: The Dartmoor Railway and Okehampton railtour came to rest at the end of the short Marsh Barton freight branch in Exeter with Mark 1 Buffet car W1591 on Alphington Road Bridge. 1Z53 Paddington - Okehampton was hauled west by No. 66182 with 66002 at the rear, and comprised the Riviera Trains Mark I set badged 'Royal Scot'.
