The final day of the Great Britain III railtour saw LMS 'Princess Royal' No. 6201 'Princess Elizabeth' hauling the Edinburgh Waverley to York leg. With plenty of steam in hand, the train is just about to be routed on to the slow line at Northallerton. The loco, a substitute for Royal Scot 46115, was scheduled to hand over the train to A4 'Bittern' at York.
