The Delta Southern is a short line operated in eastern Louisiana. It has a small roster of CF7 locomotives. CF7's were all rebuilds by the Santa Fe Railroad of EMD 'F' units and when later sold on became very popular with short line operators. Delta Southern No. 102 stands at Tallulah waiting its next duty on a dismal 27th April 2008
