On 21st April 2008, Class 60 No. 60042 'The Hundred of Hoo' inches down Fron bank as excavators empty the ballast from 6W91 ballast working from Bescot, with Class 66 No. 66091 providing traction on the front. Class 60 No. 60042 was later declared a failure after only powering the train for a few inches.
