WCRC Class 57 No. 57601 Scarborough Castle and Class 47 No. 47832 head through Long Preston on 13th January 2025 with independent snowploughs No. ADB965236 and ADB965234 running as the 10.50 Eastriggs MOD - York North Yard. The snowploughs were built on converted former LNER group standard 4200 gallon steam loco tenders.
