On the 20th September 2024, Class 31/1 No. 31327, sporting pre tops D5862 No is viewed at Aviemore station on the Strathspey Railway, waiting to take the Royal Scotsman service to Boat of Garten. This train had earlier arrived from Kyle Of Lochalsh, part of a lavish 5 day railway journey around Northern west and east Scotland.
