On the 24th September 2024, Class 31/1 No. 31128 ‘Charybdis' is viewed leaving Whitby with the final train of the day, under the excellent Larpool viaduct, also known as the Esk Valley Viaduct, pin the old Scarborough to Whitby railway, now part the Sustrans cycle network.
