New EMR Aurora Class 810 bi-mode No. 810004 passes Duffield on 22nd July 2024 with the 10:50 Sheffield to London St. Pancras International test run, this being the first Class 810 to travel the full length of the Midland Mainline. No. 810004 had travelled from Old Dalby to Sheffield earlier in the day, and returned to Old Dalby after this inaugural working.
