On its first revenue earning service after overhaul, Rebuilt Merchant Navy No. 35028 'Clan Line' makes a fine sight as it speeds away from Pirbright Junction on the down fast on 27th April 2024. The charter, bound for Bath Spa, was organised by UK Railtours to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the locomotive's return to the mainline in 1974 and was notable for the use of the Belmond Pullmans.
