With a hint of later day intermodal working, Brush Type 4 No. D1972 passes Tuxford with the 1445 King's Cross Goods to Millerhill fully fitted freight on 20th July 1966. No. D1972 has carried a succession of numbers following TOPS, i.e 47271, 47604, 47674 and finally No. 47854 with which it serves West Coast Railways at present.
