On 4th January 2024, a day of atrocious weather which caused flooding across Dorset and other parts of England - LSWR T3 Class 4-4-0 No. 563 operated two test runs in preparation for the Winter Warm Up event on 6th and 7th January 2024. on the first round trip to Norden, the locomotive passes Harmans Cross in heavy rain.
