On the 25th October 2023 the 10.46 Sheringham to Norwich service using 755/4 BiMode No. 755414 departs from Cromer at its normal departure time of 10.57 but goes out through a red light. Immediately the brakes applied and the triple reds came on up by the curve. This had set of the track circuit and all signals went to red halting the Stowmarket circiut RHTT at the next set of lights round the corner as it was approaching Cromer as it was due in off the single track section just before the units timed dparture. The unit then backed into the platform and everyone on board removed from train. The unit finally left 45 minutes late.
