LSL Class 47/4 No. 47593 'Galloway Princess' heads a Statesman charter from Ayr to Scarborough on 27th May 2023. The train was running 82 minutes late at this point, following an 80 minutes delay at Kilmarnock, due to the failure of the second loco, Class 47/7 No. 47712 'Lady Diana Spencer'. The train returned to Ayr with 47593 only.
