Transport for Wales Class 153 No. 1531968 and 153363 run through Cardiff Central on 27th April 2023 heading for Cardiff Canton depot. The Class 153/9 are not PRM (passenger with reduced mobility) compliant and are therefore only allowed to operate with a unit that is compliant, which is the case here.
