Due to West Coast Main Line closures, the Daventry - Mossend intermodal services were diverted again on weekends via the East Coast Main Line and the East Midlands on 5th March 2023. Here, the 12:45 Daventry - Mossend working was seen accelerating into Stenson Junction behind Class 88 No . 88005 ‘Minerva' and Class 68 No. 68004 ‘Rapid'.
