SNCF Pacific Class G No. 259 and SNCF Mountain Class A No. 52 are seen at Chaumont station on 6th April 1961. Chaumont was the final Depot for the large 4-8-2 locomotives, the last leaving in 1965. Two of these locomotives have been preserved.
