The Swanage Railway operated a 'Winter Explorer' diesel service from 27th December 2022, to 2nd January 2023. The Class 117 DMU arrives back at Swanage on 30th December 2022, with the 15:00 service from Norden, passing Class 33 No.D6515. on shed are two Bulleid Pacifics, Nos.34028 'Eddystone' and 34070 'Manston'.
