After 18 months out of action due to having internal workings overhauled, 50033 passes Northwood Lane, Bewdley heading the 15:05 Bridgnorth to Kidderminster service, 50033 made a return to active service on the Severn Valley Railway on 24th September 2022, In conjunction with the Class 50 Alliance celebrating 30 years of being based on the SVR, 50007 and 50049, then 50035 and 50033 were used in top and and tail mode on the CS1 service train on 24th September 2022.
