A busy scene at Bury Bolton Street on 16th September 2022, during the East Lancashire Railway Autumn Diesel Gala. Class 37 No. 37109 has arrived with the 11.35 from Heywood and is about to uncouple and be replaced by Class 40 No. 345 which is waiting beyond the tunnel and will leave with the 12.00 service to Rawtenstall. Meanwhile, Class 45 No. 45108 approaches Bury with the 11.05 service from Rawtenstall.
