Locomotive services Class 47 No. 47614 stands in the goods loop at Hellifield on 16th June 2022, having just uncoupled from the 08.45 King's Cross - Edinburgh The Capitals Express four day tour to Scotland. LMS 4-6-0 No. 46100 Royal Scot was preparing to replace No. 47614 but a points failure was preventing any further progress at this time. A Network Rail response team was summoned to address the problem and the tour eventually departed around 30 minutes behind schedule but made up the lost time on arrival at Edinburgh. Classmate No. 47593 can be glimpsed on the rear.
