Harzer Schmalspurbahnen (HSB) 2-10-2T No. 997239, tackles the incline between Alexisbad and Harzgerode with Train No. 8961 on 28th April 2022. This early morning train is the only one that is steam hauled on the short branch line, all other services use railcars.
