LNER continues to use a number of class 91 locomotives and MKIV stock to supplement its fleet of Hitachi units. On 28 September 2021 two of the locomotives with special liveries, no. 91111 For the Fallen and 91110 Battle of Britain Memorial Flight stand outside the magnificent King’s Cross train shed waiting to work the 17.03 and 16.03 services to Leeds respectively.
