USATC 0-6-0T No. 30072 was sent by road from its home at the KWVR to Woking for the anniversary of the L&SWR, and is seen on 29th May 1988 on a brake van shuttle train in Woking yard, the first steam "passenger" working East of Basingstoke in over 20 years. In 2021 No. 30072 can be found at the Ribble Steam Railway.
