On the 19th August 2021, Northern Class 319 units are captured at Alderley Edge. On the right Class 769 No. 769442 stands in the loop and will form the 13:50 service to Southport, while Class 319/3 No. 319385 passes and enters the station forming the 13.17 from Crewe to Liverpool Lime Street service, via Manchester Airport, Piccadilly & Oxford Road stations.
