Class 195 No. 195016 comes to a halt in Blackburn on 22nd May 2021, with the 08:22 york to Blackpool North service. Due to overcrowding no passengers were allowed to board. The next service from York at 09:22 was also reported to be full and standing,this was also only a two-car set. Passengers were advised to board the local services to Preston and change there for Blackpool.
