Class 114 DMUs No. 54015 and No. 53015 had failed while on a Crewe to Derby service and had to be rescued by Class 20s No. 20182 and No. 20196, seen arrives at Derby station on 21st May 1988. The Class later became a Parcels set, and have been preserved at the Midland Railway-Butterley.
