On the 9th January 1999 SR Blue Merchant Navy Pacific No. 35005 Canadian Pacific ran from Nuneaton to London Victoria and was heading back via Banbury, where it was pictured taking water but had to come off the train at Leamington Spa because of a HST derailment at Coventry.
