LNER Class A1 No. 60114 'W P Allen' warrants attention at Worcester on 12th July 1964 having arrived from Sheffield on the Derby Rail Clubs Sheffield to Cardiff rail tour. Unfortunately, the loco was failed at Worcester before picking up the return working, resulting a 'Black 5' substitute. The signal gantry appears little changed to this day.
