Transport for Wales' Class 769 No. 769002 ventured out of Canton Depot for the first time under its own power on 5th May 2020, on a training run scheduled for Rhymney, Penarth and Rhymney a second time, and is seen here arrives at Dingle Road shortly after departs from Penarth. Unfortunately the second run up the Rhymney Valley was terminated short, and the unit turned back at Caerphilly.
