GWR 4500 Class 2-6-2T No. 4555, departs Mendip Vale on 18th July 2020, returning to Cranmore with the first train of the day. This was the reopening weekend for the East Somerset Railway following Covid 19 lockdown and also the first running of GWR Prairie No. 4555, which is on hire from the Dartmouth Steam Railway for a period of three years.
