Central Trains Class 153 No. 153383 calls at Norton Bridge on 17.15 Coventry-Stoke on Trent on 30th April 2004. Services were withdrawn a month later in May 2004 after the demolition of the life expired footbridge in the background but formal closure was on 10th December 2017, after the replacement bus service was withdrawn. The delelict station remains are an eyesore beside the West Coast Mainline these days.
