8F 2-8-0 No. 48773 at Highley engine house on 28th May 2019. It was built by North British in 1940 for the war department but was loaned to the LMS and numbered 8233. It was requisitioned in 1941 by the WD and served in Iran and later Egypt returning to the UK in 1952 serving at Longmore. The LMS acquired it in 1957 and numbered it 48773. It arrived at the SVR in 1969.
