On 30th March 2019, the second day of the Swanage Railway Spring Steam Up, Caledonian Railway 0-4-4T No. 419 crosses Corfe Common with the delayed 12:56 from Norden to Swanage. This was timetabled to be a freight, but because of reliability issues with the locomotive, it was reduced to a two carriage working.
