Class 47/4 47609 powers the track recording train through Reading on 5th March 1985, and puts on a fine display of exhaust in the process. The locomotive, which started life as D1656, became TOPS Nos. 47072, then 47609 (during which time it was named FIRE FLY), then 47834 and finally No. 47798 Prince William as one of the two Royal 47's.
