Cross Country Class 43 No. 43378 and classmate No. 43304 power the 12:35 Paignton to Edinburgh along the normally freight-only route at Barrow-on-Trent, Derbyshire on 25th August 2018. Due to the partial Derby blockade which necessitated trains being diverted away from Derby this Cross Country working would travel via the Erewash Valley route and rejoin its normal route south of Chesterfield.
