Rail passengers travelling between south Wales and London face longer journey times for the next three weeks as the Severn Tunnel is closed.
Main line services between Swansea and London Paddington are taking 40 minutes longer as trains are diverted via Gloucester until 6th July. The closure is due to a £2.8bn project to electrify the south Wales main line for GWR's new electric trains.
InterCity-branded Class 43 HST No. 43185 Great Western leads the 09:28 GWR service from Swansea to London Paddington through Gloucester on 19th June 2018.
