Dating from 1925 Class 97 No. 97504 is displayed in the Deutsches Technik museum, Berlin on 19th July 2017. Designed as a Rack Locomotive for the Royal Wurttemberg State Railway it works as a simple loco while on normal track but as a compound when on the rack.
