Azuma Class 800/1 No. 800101 passes Haymarket on 15th December 2017, on a test working from Doncaster to Inverness. In the adjacent platform Class 380/0 No. 380002 has arrived with a service from Ayr to Glasgow via Carstairs. The Azuma is still on Electric mode, but would shortly changeover to Diesel for its trip over the Highland Main Line.
