After photographing this Colas Rail Class 70/8 No. 70816 at Whiteball, it was then put into Tiverton Loop which gave me time to get to Rewe to get another photo on 30th November 2017.The working is the 09:05 Westbury Tarmac Colas Rail to Moorswater Colas Rail cement which left Aberthaw the previous day, but was cancelled at Westbury due to a driver rota problem.
