With the paint hardly dry 3 car EMU Class 303 No. 303065 awaits a return to service outside BREL Glasgow Works on 3rd June 1978 following overhaul. Entering service in October 1960 No. 303065 would be refurbished during 1980 and remain in use on Glasgow suburban services until June 2001. Dragged to Immingham Docks for disposal the vehicles were scrapped between August 2001 and August 2002.
