LMS Princess Royal Pacific Pacific No. 46203 Princess Margaret Rose heading a south bound 'Cumbrian Mountain Express' near Appleby. This locomotive was withdrawn from service in 1962, only a year after receiving a full overhaul. Purchased by Butlins for display at Pwllheli, No. 46203 was 'rescued' in 1975 and restored to mainline condition in 1990.
