On 22nd October 2017 Southern Railway Merchant Class Pacific No. 35006 'Peninsula & Orient SN Co' passes Hayles Abbey Halt on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway with a service for Cheltenham Racecourse. In the centre of the picture a hurricane lamp can be seen adding to the authenticity of this superbly rebuilt little halt.
