In 1968 end of BR steam condition LMS Derby built Class 5 4-6-0 No. 44806 restarts the 12:54 Grosmont to Pickering service from Goathland Station on 13th October 2017, the first day of the NYMR Railways at War weekend. Waiting in the loop is the 12:18 Pickering to Grosmont service hauled by out of sight SR Schools Class 4-4-0 No. 926 'Repton'.
