A severe loco shortage at Swanage on September 17th 2017 led to a moment of glory for the two resident BR Class 08 shunters No. D3591 and 08436 which were used to haul "The Dorsetman" Luncheon train. Here the train passes Herston Halt on the second of its two return journeys with No. 08436 at the head of the train and No. D3591 on the rear, still complete with the train headboard.
