To commemorate 150 years of Wilson's Brewery a series of charters ran between Manchester Victoria and the Brewery Siding at Miles Platting. On an unrecorded Wednesday in June 1985 Ex LNWR Coal Tank No. 1054 passes the centre road at the old Manchester Victoria heading for the brewery.
