16th Class Beyer Garratt 16A 628 waits in the passing loop at Essex Vale, Matabeleland, Zimbabwe with the daily West Nicholson to Bulawayo freight train on 7th May 1980. The locomotive has a 2-8-2+2-8-2 wheel arrangement and was built by Beyer Peacock & Co, Manchester in 1952.
