Network Rail Class 31 No. 31233 passes Warrington Central working Crewe CS - Crewe HS via Manchester, Liverpool, CLC & Chat Moss line, Bolton, Southport and Wigan. Interestingly the working was also diverted via Stockport, rather than its usual routing via East Didsbury. DBSO 9714 on the rear. This will be the final Class 31 hauled NR test train through the station, the 31 was covering for unavailable 73/9.
