Class 37 No. 37097 is seen stabled at Gateshead Depot on 3rd July 1985. The locomotive had been repainted in a police car type livery for use in filming a few days earlier. The Police branding was immediately removed but the rest of the livery was retained for a short while prior to the Class 37 being despatched to Stratford for a repaint.
